Terms of Service for MOVAI

Effective Date: December 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MOVAI mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the App and delete it from your device.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use MOVAI. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. MEDICAL & SAFETY DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT)

MOVAI IS NOT A MEDICAL PROVIDER. THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.

Informational Purposes Only: All content, including AI-generated workout plans, recovery insights, nutrition suggestions, and chat responses, is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Not a Substitute: The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult a Physician: You should consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, changing your diet, or if you have any questions regarding a medical condition or injury.

Assumption of Risk: Physical exercise involves inherent risks. By using MOVAI, you assume all risk of injury. If you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort, stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention.

4. AI-Generated Content & Limitations

MOVAI utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence to analyze data and provide coaching.

AI Accuracy: While our multi-agent AI aims for accuracy, AI can occasionally generate incorrect or "hallucinated" information. You should verify any critical health or nutrition information.
User Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate data (e.g., current injuries or fatigue levels). MOVAI's AI relies on the data you provide to generate recommendations.

5. User Data & Privacy

On-Device Storage: MOVAI prioritizes your privacy by storing your raw health data locally on your device. You are responsible for the security of your device and any backups.
AI Processing: You acknowledge that specific anonymized data points are transmitted to third-party AI providers (e.g., via API) to generate conversational responses, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Account Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the App settings.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or "scrape" the AI models or App code.
Use the App to store or transmit sensitive information other than the requested health and fitness data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, UI design, and AI logic within MOVAI are the exclusive property of [Your Company Name/Your Name]. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOVAI and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the App.
Any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
The loss of data stored on your device.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Türkiye.
