These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Circlo mobile application ("Circlo", "Service"), provided by Adem Beno ("we", "our", "us").
By using Circlo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction to use Circlo. If you are under the age of majority, you may use Circlo only with required parent/guardian permission.
Circlo is a local-first, proximity-based social app for creating or joining nearby rooms, chatting, and playing lightweight mini-games.
Features may vary by platform, device capabilities, and app version.

We may restrict or block access where misuse is detected or reasonably suspected.
Circlo is a platform for real-time interaction. To ensure a safe environment, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content and abusive behavior.
Prohibited Content: You may not share content that is offensive, insensitive, upsetting, intended to disgust, or in exceptionally poor taste. This includes, but is not limited to, defamatory, harassing, or threatening material.
Blocking Mechanism: Any user can Block another user at any time. Once blocked, the offending user will be immediately and permanently prevented from sending messages to you or seeing your activity, even within the same local room.
Reporting & Moderation: Users may Report any content that violates these terms. Reports are reviewed by our team within 24 hours.
Enforcement: We reserve the right to ban users or devices that violate these terms. The Host of any room also has the authority to "Kick" users to maintain immediate safety.
Circlo relies on nearby communication technologies (such as Bluetooth/local peer-to-peer). Performance can be affected by device hardware, OS restrictions, permissions, radio conditions, and distance.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted discovery, joining, or gameplay in all environments.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Circlo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of Circlo.
If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount required by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of Circlo or violation of these Terms.
Your use of Circlo is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Circlo at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms, unless law requires additional consent.
You may stop using Circlo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal/security reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkiye, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Turkiye, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
